Compliance & trust
Awanax sits between regional GPU supply and the startups that need it. That position only works if the demand side is checked first — who the customer is, what they intend to run, and whether their workload can lawfully sit where the capacity is. This page describes how that checking works, in plain terms, without overstating it.
Verification
GPU capacity moving through this region without checks on the end user is a real exposure — for the provider supplying it and for anyone routing it. Before Awanax introduces a customer to capacity, it verifies who is asking, who is behind the entity asking, and what the compute will be used for. This runs on every customer, not on a sample or as an occasional spot check.
Identity
Who the customer is, and who is authorized to act on the account's behalf.
Ownership structure
Who ultimately controls the entity requesting capacity, not just the name on the enquiry.
Intended use
What the workload is, so capacity isn't allocated on trust alone.
Data residency
For fintech, healthtech, and other regulated verticals, where a workload physically runs is often a legal requirement, not a preference. When a customer has a residency constraint, Awanax matches that requirement against in-region supply within the relevant jurisdiction as part of the scoping conversation — rather than treating location as an afterthought once capacity has already been picked.
This is a matching commitment, not a certification. Customers with specific regulatory obligations should confirm their own compliance requirements against the provider and jurisdiction proposed for their engagement.
What Awanax is
The distinction matters to anyone assessing the channel: Awanax does not simply pass capacity through to the highest bidder. Verification is the product, and distribution only happens once it's satisfied.
A bare reseller
Passes capacity through and leaves qualification, if any, to whoever holds it — the end user is whoever showed up with payment.
Awanax
Verifies the end user first, matches by jurisdiction, and only then introduces a qualified customer to available capacity.
